NORVAL MORRISSEAU & FRIENDS at the Old Downtown Gallery
On display will be 6 original paintings by legendary artist Norval Morrisseau, plus paintings by Eddy Cobiness, Leland Bell, Roy Thomas, Francis Kagige, Lloyd Kakepetum and Blake Debassige, all circa late 1970's to early 1980's.
On Saturday July 26th, from 10:00am to closing, several fine early paintings from the Aboriginal Group of Seven and the Woodland School of Art will be shown at the Old Downtown Gallery.
There are fine collectors pieces available, including a very special 1971 Morrisseau "St. Rose Herself, My Spiritual Wife" - a must see. The prices range from $2000.00 to $35000.00.
